1. $0.10 per item fee for checks cleared in excess of the stated amount for each checking account. For Relationship checking, this fee will not apply if you maintain a $1,000.00 daily balance throughout the month.

$25 early closure fee may be charged for promotional accounts closed within 6 months. As allowed by applicable law, we may classify your account as inactive or dormant and assess a fee if you have not made any transactions in your account over a specified period of time. Qualifying purchases are settled, point of sale transactions of $5 or more using your Magnifi debit. Qualifying direct deposit means an electronic deposit of your paycheck, pension, or government benefits made by your employer, payroll provider, or a government agency and posted with standard payroll/benefit ACH codes (e.g., PPD/CCD). ACH transfers from other financial institutions, person-to-person transfers, digital wallet loads, brokerage transfers, and account-to-account transfers do not qualify as transactions or direct deposit.

Annual Percentage Yields (APY) are accurate as of January 1, 2026, and vary based on balance. Free Checking is a non-dividend-bearing account. Relationship Checking APY is 0.10% for balances $1,000 - $4,999.99 and 0.15% APY for balances over $5,000. eChecking APY = 0.35% with no minimum balance. High-Yield Checking APY is 3.45% for balances under $20,000 and 4.50% for balances over $20,000 if requirements are met; see the Truth-in-Savings disclosure for qualification details.
